The varieties supplied this round was ‘Awa-mazing and enjoyed by those we had the privilege of sharing space. We ordered the 11lbs so fulfillment this round took a couple weeks, but well worth the wait to support local farmers and locally grown products. Once the order was fulfilled and shipped, I received it the next day on O‘ahu packed with aloha in a cold bag with ice packs. The bags were still frozen and frosty on the outside of the packs so guarantee it could make to the continent if need be. Mahalo to the Pu‘u o Hoku ‘Ohana for always providing quality products. We have a family member with health issues who is unable to eat a variety of foods. The organic dried bananas is a rare treat that's enjoyable and doesn't cause discomfort. I sent a large order as a gift and didn't realize I could send a gift message when I placed the order. I wrote to customer service suggesting that they consider altering the website so a gift message could be included. The response was immediate (I didn't realize that I could put the message in a note) and customer service said that they would include a message for me since the order hadn't yet shipped out. Totally amazing. Shipping was fast, too. Order was shipped to NY to a very happy person.
This is hands down the best awa you will ever taste and very potent. Everyone should get to try this at least once. I have friends who do not normally drink kava, and evn they like this stuff.
I wasn't sure about this product but I thought it would be a good option on the go and yessaahhh totally on point! Great option for mocktinis when you are out and about! Lovely feeling and great pleasant peppery flavor! The smell is peppery but when added to a drink, you can't hardly taste it. A little goes a long way, great value!
